Honey-Orange Pork Chops

¼ tsp finely shredded orange peel
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup pineapple juice
(I just use the juice from a can of pineapple chunks or slices.
I also save any leftover juice and freeze it for next time or another recipe.)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-6 pork chops

For marinade, combine all but the chops, mix. Add the meat, coating well. Cover and marinate for 6-24 hours, turning once. You can broil, or grill or crock pot the chops when done marinating. I recommend poking the meat with a fork then searing the meat in a skillet before placing in slow cooker. If you are putting them in the crock pot, you don’t need to marinate, just put the marinade mix in the slow cooker with the pork chops. It took about 4-5 hours on low and they just fell off the bone.
